  • Book an initial 10 minute phone consultation so we can talk about you and some of your goals and determine if I am a good fit for you.

  • I do not accept insurance at this time. But I am able to provide a superbill if you have out of network insurance for possible full or partial reimbursement of your services.

  • I offer in-person services as well as virtual services. Depending on the appointment needs, I may strongly encourage our appointments to be in-person only.

  • The first session can be from 60-90 minutes, depending on your needs for the initial evaluation. Follow up appointments are from 30-50 minutes.

  • Please notify me if needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. 30 minutes late to session will result in your session being canceled and you will be charged the full fee. If no notice is provided prior to 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the visit.

  • You will receive an extensive intake form to complete prior to our visit. This will allow me to review some of your goals and your past medical and psychiatric history prior to your session. You may also be requested to fax records from any previous psychiatric clinics. During your session, you will be able to take your time and discuss any concerns you have as well as goals to improve your mental health and wellness, and we will determine a plan to reach those goals Day 1.
